News HCL BigFix

 

Dear BigFix customers,

as you already know, BigFix was sold to HCL by IBM in the summer of 2019.

Only customers with a valid maintenance and support agreement will have access to BigFix content (i.e., patches, fixlets, tasks, analytics, reports, etc.).

To ensure service continuity for all BigFix customers, HCL will perform a comprehensive synchronization of BigFix maintenance contracts on 29.11.2021. This means that all BigFix customers with expired maintenance and support agreements will be denied access to BigFix content.

To ensure the continuity of your current BigFix subscriptions, we encourage you to rebuy the expired BigFix Maintenance and Support Agreement.
