- The replacement of the actual file attachments with the links to the archive is automated and rule-based.
- When setting up the rules, the administrator is free to choose the:
- HCL Domino applications
- Search criteria for documents within the HCL Domino applications
- Search criteria for file attachments within the document
- Any reference that is inserted into a document after archiving a file attachment instead is automatically calculated and contains mechanisms to prevent misuse.
